    Mr. Tanaka joined Benesse corporation in 1981. He became president of Benesse North America in 1990 and a member of the board of La Petite Academy USA in 1991. After innovating new business models in the Japanese daycare industry in the mid 1990's, he assumed the position of vice president of Berlitz North America in 2000. In 2004, Mr. Tanaka became president of Berlitz Japan and was responsible for the launch of Global Tests of English Communication (GTEC) in Asia. He became vice president of Aviva Inc. in 2005 and was promoted to president of the firm five years later. He also served as the president of Link Academy Inc. in 2014 and now is the president and CEO of Global Vison Inc.

    Daniel Fongnien Chiang graduated from The Department of Diplomacy of National Chengchi University, and received a master's degree in political economy from the University of Texas. He served as the general manager of Trend Micro (TYO: 4704), and made Trend Micro Asia's leading antivirus software manufacturer. In 1998, he founded the world's No.1 Chinese website, Sina.com (NASDAQ: SINA) and served as the chairman of the board for many years. In 2006, he founded the Purestone Capital Group and currently serves as the chairman of the board.

    Dr. Chang graduated from Taiwan University in 1987, and got his Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences from Maryland University. After serving as chief engineer for Bowei Technology Inc., he joined Dr. Yi-Jing Lin in 2002 to found L Labs and played a leading role in the research and design of ASAS©.
